Q: How Will My Order Get Processed?
A: To be able to offer the low pricing that you find on our site, we stock our most popular and fastest moving items for shipment very often the same day you place your order. We are heavily stocked in Speedo FSII and have a good on-hand selection of other Speedo, TYR and Nike offerings including goggles, caps, and other swim accessories. A: Yes we do. We ship everything outside of the United States by way of U.S. Mail Global Express which is estimated to take 3 to 5 delivery days in transit to most destinations. Occasionally, a foreign Customs office may delay the delivery of your goods, but your package should at least reach your country in that time frame. The prices below cover the cost of postage, insurance and our handling to box your merchandise and prepare your customs paperwork. Q: What if I Receive Defective Material?
A: If there is a manufacturing defect in a product you receive from us, we will honor a 100% return policy on your order including any freight you paid. If you choose to replace your exact purchase, we will do so at no additional cost to you. If you add items to your order, we may add additional freight charges to cover our additional costs. To be clear, if you received defective material, we will replace or refund the total of your order without any cost to you including freight you were charged. Q: What If I Want To Return First Quality Goods?
A: Other than for manufacturing defect, because returns inherently involve extra costs beyond those associated with the normal processing of an order, we impose a 15% return premium on our products returned BUT, you do not automatically lose that return fee.
