Upon Receiving Your Suit

Thank you for your selection of one of the finest competition suits available to serious competitive swimmers. You have made an excellent selection! If you already are sure of your size, this suit should be exactly what you are expecting. If you were unsure of your size, hopefully our website sizing chart will have guided you to the proper size, but on the chance you need a different size, we offer the following options:

Returning A Suit For Exchange

We are happy to exchange your suit for another size or another model. We only ask that your return is in PRISTINE condition so as to allow us to sell this to another swimmer expecting a perfect product. This means no evidence of being tried on resulting in streaking from dry skin residue. We strongly suggest you shower scrubbing aggressively everywhere the suit might touch your body and towel drying vigorously before trying on the suit . Also, the hangtags and packaging must be in new condition. Your return should use a box that will protect and not crush the suit or packaging it came in. We do not make any profit on shipping, but it is a real cost to us. As a result, we just ask that you cover the shipping cost of the replacement. Please contact us for that information as well as an authorization number to process your return.

Returning Your Purchase Without A Replacement

For a variety of reasons, you may have chosen to order from us and simply return your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns of this nature inherently have costs beyond our control and as a result we have a 15% restocking fee applied to the amount of your product cost. You do not lose that fee, however. Say you buy something for $100.00 and we ship it to you for $4.95 shipping & handling (or other cost if you choose faster shipping). If you return it, we will credit your card for $85.00 and offer you a credit of $15.00 toward the purchase of any other technical suit from our store for a period of 6 months from when we receive your return. Because shipping costs are a real cost to us, shipping costs are not refundable.

CompetitionSwimming.Com will refund the purchase price less the return premium of the merchandise returned within the time and manner stated above, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. NOTE: YOU MUST OBTAIN A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" NUMBER FROM CompetitionSwimming.Com BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR RETURNING PACKAGE. ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE REFUSED. ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND SHOULD BE SENT TO:
