We generally ship 2 ways: "Standard Ground" and "Express Mail". Most in-stock orders ship the same day if received before our shipping cut-off. Cut-off is usually 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday (3:00 pm for Express) and 11:30 am Saturday. If we do not have your item selection in stock, we special order your items before the end of the next business day. Generally, we request 2nd Day Air shipping to our offices. That means, depending on when Speedo, TYR, Arena or Nike processes our order, it may take between 2 and 5 days for us to receive your merchandise. At this point, we ship to as mentioned above.

Standard Ground: This is our standard, most economical shipping, which is US Priority Mail for $4.95 anywhere in the domestic United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and military addresses). This should get you your merchandise within 2 to 3 delivery days according to what the US Postal Service quotes as the typical transit time.

Express Mail: If you need faster service, we can ship to you using US Express Mail which is overnight to most domestic destinations (2 days to some remote areas). The charge for this service is $29.00 serves the same areas as Standard Ground.

If you would like to use UPS or FedEx for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery, we ask you to call us directly for a quote and timing of delivery on our Toll Free number (877) SWIMFAST, that's (877) 794-6327 to utilize other services.

International Shipping:

We ship everything outside of the United States by way of U.S. Mail International Express which is estimated to take 3 to 5 delivery days in transit to most destinations. Occasionally, a foreign Customs office may delay the delivery of your goods, but your package should at least reach your country in that time frame. The prices below cover the cost of postage, insurance and our handling to box your merchandise and prepare your customs paperwork. We have found that if there is a delay in this delivery time, it is generally due to your customs office involvement in the destination city. Of course, any customs duties, fees or other taxes that might be charged by your government are your responsibility. Since every country we ship to is different with respect to these fees, we do not keep track of what, if any, charges are assessed by foreign governments.


Our website has a drop-down menu of possible countries we ship to and the cost to ship using US Mail International Express Service is listed at that site. You will find it after you begin entering your order when you are prompted to enter your country. If you do not see your country listed, we will need to set it up for you. Please email us or call us in the United States at (330) 653-8515 and we will quote you a shipping fee that will include the cost of shipping and insurance and give you an idea of the transit time. Once your country is set up in our system, you can place your order online. We can also take your order over the phone at that time if you prefer. That way, your freight gets added properly to your order and your credit card can get charged with the proper amount.
